Really nice personnel. Very helpful. Very good customer service. They upgraded our room to a better room before we arrived and allowed us to check in a bit earlier.

The staff alone is reason enough to stay here! Our friends who waited for us in the reception area were offered hot drinks; when I had something delivered from another part of Turkey the staff accepted my package and paid the shipping fees and allowed me to pay them later; when my Mum was ill they ordered some soup for her and brought it to her room; These are just a few examples of them going above and beyond. The location of the hotel is just perfect. A 10 minute walk will get you to Söğütlüçeşme Marmaray station where trains take you to eg Üsküdar and Sirkeci in no time. Walk for about 15 minutes and you are at Kadıköy ferry terminal where ferries take you across to the European side. The central Kadıköy and Moda areas are a short walk away and you can also take the charming old tram. The hotel is close to the centre, but in a quiet side street. There is a large supermarked just a short walk away, too. We were lucky to be upgraded with no charge to a family room so we had plenty of space, 2 beds, a couch, a fridge and a bathroom with shower. Note that the hotel has no lift, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. Will for sure be staying here next time we visit Istanbul!

We loved the staff and the location…the street itself isn’t much to look at but it’s in a quiet area really close to the station that you need for onward journeys in Turkey (to Ankara and Konya etc.) …and the Kadikoy area of Turkey was such a delight…and so full of cats!

The location was good, even though there were not many restaurants nearby. The staff was really kind and helpful . I stayed for surgery and I couldn’t get up to the fourth floor so they offered us a small apartment on the second floor in an adjoining building. It was a really cute little place. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice little kitchen .

The hotel is basic, and the bathroom can use some renovation (the bathroomdoor didn't close properly), but we needed a budget hotel, and it suited us fine. The staff were very nice, especially a young lady receptionist who helped us wash our clothes and get a taxi back to the airport. The location is on a very quiet street but not far from the heart of Kadiköy. The room smelled a little of smoke, but the room was clean and convenient, and I'd stay here again.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. They definitely made the stay much nicer and were so accommodating. The facilities were as expected. Location is excellent. On a quiet back street, but close enough to everything if you want. The ferry terminal is a short but interesting walk away. We stayed one night, would consider staying again for a short period, but for a longer stay in Istanbul I would need something bigger.

I recently stayed at the hotel that was ideally located near all the spots we wanted to visit. The convenience of being close to major attractions made our trip so much more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information about the city and recommendations for local dining and activities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Istanbul!

Good location, very close to Fenerbahce stadium. Reachable from SAW Airport by metro, 15 minutes walk from Kadikoy station. It's not faster to take a taxi. IST Airport is a little further away. However, the staff helped me to organize a taxi for my return flight because I woke up little bit too late. Thanks again, much appreciated! The other side of the Bosphorus can be easily reached by ferry from Kadikoy or by train. Connection is absolutely ok. The hotel is on a side street, you don't hear any traffic noise and it is very quiet. However, there are many small restaurants, snack bars, cafés, etc. nearby. Some rooms have a small balcony facing the inner courtyard, which I didn't expect at all. Bed is comfortable, rooms are clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Recommended!

I loved the location, close to everything, good transportation, loads of cafes and restaurants nearby, and it's safe as well. The staff was nice and helpful. I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable and the blanket was warm, , everything was clean and spacious enough for one person. Bonus: one of the staff members speaks Russian
